Skiing and snowboarding expel a lot of energy. In order to have fuel for the entire day of shredding you need to make sure you are eating nutritious foods. Many of skiers will take a break and eat at the lodge’s restaurant but many times you will only eat one meal. It is important to stay fueled so keeping hydrating fluids and either energy bars or snacks is good to have on hand.
